The View provides private recovery support, guidance, accountability, education, and structured recovery planning.

No Guarantees: Recovery is an individual journey that requires active personal commitment. Therefore, recovery outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
2. Professional Boundaries
The relationship between The View and the client is strictly professional in nature. Mutual respect, safety, and constructive boundaries are core to our environment. Respectful communication is expected from and towards clients and staff at all times.
3. Fees and Payment Terms
All program fees and specific payment arrangements are agreed upon in writing between The View and the client.
Wherever possible, payment is due in full before the commencement of the program.
Deposits: Deposits paid to secure program availability are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Alternative payment plans may be reviewed and agreed upon solely at The View's discretion.
4. Refunds, Cancellations, and Withdrawals
No Refunds: All program fees are strictly non-refundable once services have commenced.
Early Departure & Non-Participation: Early departure, voluntary withdrawal, relapse, or non-participation in the program does not entitle the client to any full or partial refund.
Cancellations: Individual sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.
Outstanding Balances: Any outstanding balances remain fully payable by the client regardless of program completion or early departure.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website—including texts, graphics, logos, images, and layout—is the property of The View Rehab, S.L and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any material is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiktion
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.
The View is a private support service based in Marbella. We offer personal coaching, sober companionship and addiction support. Our work is not a replacement for medical or psychiatric care.
